Fabiola Candlish is a US Bank CRA Mortgage manager for Chicago.  As a manager her roles consist of mentoring and creating leaders in the lending industry and inspire communities to create wealth through home ownership. Fabiola is the current NAMMBA chapter president for Chicago. Fabiola is also the sitting board president for Oak Park Regional Housing Agency that focuses on minority equity. She is also the head chair of the Chicago's West side banker's council to make sure under severed communities can access capital. Her passion comes from growing up on the South Side of Chicago and being raised by a single mom who worked 2 jobs to make ends meet. Fabiola is married and is a mother of her daughter Madaline.
