Ashley is Managing Partner of the NAR REACH program. She invests in and helps scale technology that advances the U.S. residential real estate sector.

 

Operated by Second Century Ventures, the strategic venture arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, the REACH program accelerates top technology companies through mentorship, education, exposure and capital.

 

During her tenure with the Second Century Ventures and REACH team, she has helped REACH expand its flagship scale-up program to an additional 6 markets including the U.S. Commercial sector, and programs in Australia, the UK, Canada, Latam and Israel.

 

Prior to joining Second Century Ventures, Ashley spent nearly a decade in the CPG industry leading business development at 3M and Coca-Cola. She is a graduate of Indiana University where she competed in pole vault, an event women could not compete in at the Olympic level until the year 2000. Ashley resides in Chicago, IL.
